The Project Manager is responsible for successful planning and implementation of customer engagements within a defined scope. The primary role of the Project Manager is to execute projects on time, within budget and with quality. The incumbent will be responsible for both billable revenue as well as project margins.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support implementation of customer engagements and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor the costing plan; deliver within budget and timeline.
  • Develop project plans required of the solution deployment.
  • Plan and execute project activities with suppliers and customers.
  • Establish an effective organisation structure for reporting and responsibility and authority, including working procedures.
  • Assemble and effectively guide the project teams to achieve best possible performance.
  • Ensure project related documentation including solution and engagement briefs.
  • Build a value added/consultative relationship with business/functional units and senior executives on change management issues

The System Analyst/Senior System Analyst is responsible for identifying problems, opportunities and objectives of our Clients’ business solutions. The primary role is to perform requirements gathering, analysis and design and documentation of functional & technical specification document. The incumbent will be to support the Project Manager or Support Manager in analyzing the information flows in the organizations and designing computerized information systems to solve a problem.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate projects for feasibility and understanding of problems and alternative solutions
  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis for improving and/or replacing systems
  • Assess costs effectiveness of recommendations
  • Ensure optimal use of available resources
  • Perform conceptual design and formulation of architecture base on requirement specification
  • Guide solution development and testing; serves as project leader
  • Supervise system integration, conversion and solution deployment
  • Plan, execute and document system integration testing, internal user acceptance testing and stress/load testing.

The Software Engineer is responsible for building solutions and/or applications according to the business requirements. The primary role is to analyze software requirements and specifications, and prepare development plans prior to execution. The incumbent will design software models, develop and deliver high quality, maintainable code within commercial schedules. In addition to supporting the System Analyst in the development of applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Systems Analyst to understand and interpret customer requirements
  • Research, design and develop reliable, efficient algorithms and program codes
  • Write and document high-quality code that conforms to coding standard requirements
  • Debug and fix problems reported by customers
  • Gather and document requirements for software changes from the customer
  • Design and write testing procedures and test cases as well as appropriate test plans
  • Be responsible for various levels of testing
  • Document and review test results to ensure that code quality is maintained
  • Assist the Systems Analyst with integration and UAT

The Sales Executive is responsible for the development of defined territories creating new business opportunities for the company as well as expanding the current customer base. The primary role is to identify, qualify and drive sales opportunities to support the continuing expansion of the company’s product mix through effective “account management” of current clientele and systematic sales and penetration strategy of targeted accounts with business development and prospect cultivation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and exceeding targets in assigned territories.
  • Qualifying leads generated by ads, press releases and other promotion activities.
  • Helping to develop sales/market strategies for company’s portfolio of products and services.
  • Securing new business within targeted accounts selling the complete range of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Selling strategic projects to ensure that the company builds long-term relationships with clients.
  • Managing tactical accounts ensuring a constant revenue stream and steady pipeline business.
  • Managing, enhancing and building effective relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Developing account and TAS plans.
  • Using a consultative approach to sell at board level as well as at project management level.
  • Working with other resources within the company ie. Presales, Technical Services, PMO, whilst managing the expectations and relationship with the account.
  • Continuously gathering competitive information and working with Sales management to leverage on this intelligence.
  • On a continuing basis, reviewing and recommending changes that need to be made in the sales / market strategies of the company.
